Found an outdated button name or a missing instruction? You can submit an updated version of a guide instead of asking for staff to rewrite it manually.
Propose a full article edit
- Open the published wiki article you want to improve.
- Choose Propose a full edit in the article's help sidebar.
- The editor opens with the current title, category, summary, and article text filled in.
- Correct the instructions and add any helpful missing details.
- Preview the result, add a short explanation of what you changed, and choose Submit for approval.
Your proposed version stays private while the published page remains unchanged. An admin must approve it to publish the changes.
Suggest a small correction instead
Use Suggest a correction on the article for a quick note, such as a changed label or a broken link. This note goes to staff, but it does not automatically rewrite the article.
Important If the published guide changes while your edit is pending, the admin approval system protects the newer version from accidental replacement. Staff can review how to merge the changes.
