A good bug report makes it possible to repeat the problem. “It broke” tells us a problem exists; “I clicked Edit on a variant, saved it, and its name disappeared” shows where to look.
How to send the report
- Open Report a Problem, preferably from the page with the issue.
- Choose a category such as Broken, Confusing, Mobile/layout, Wording/typo or Other.
- Describe what you were trying to do, in the order you did it.
- Say what actually happened.
- Use What did you expect instead? to describe the correct result.
- Attach an optional screenshot (PNG, JPEG or WebP; currently up to 8 MB) if it helps.
- Select Send Report.
Example
Page: My Aniimo collection tracker
Steps: Open a species, expand the alternate form, check “Caught before”, choose Save all changes, then open it again.
Actual: The form title is not visible.
Expected: The form title and the new caught status both appear.
What happens next?
The site's Universal Report Center lets staff review reports and change their status. Technical bug reports and player-safety moderation reports are different systems.
