The Prize Vault holds prize vouchers earned from Forge Dozer and eligible future activities.
View your vouchers
- Sign in to your SerraForge account.
- Open the Prize Vault.
- Use Unused to find prizes that have not been fulfilled.
- Use Redeemed to see vouchers marked as redeemed.
- Read the source, rarity, reward type and intended redemption site shown on each voucher.
Are vouchers automatically delivered on other websites?
Not necessarily. The current Prize Vault says that some redemption integrations are not yet available and vouchers can require manual/admin fulfillment. A voucher is a record of what you won, not a guarantee that the external reward was already delivered.
If your machine claimed a prize and the voucher is missing, report it with the time, prize label and screenshot if available.
