Terms of Service

These are plain-language site terms for SerraForge Studios. They can be refined later before a public launch or reviewed by a legal professional if needed.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use interactive SerraForge features.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login information safe. Do not share your password, impersonate another user, or use someone else’s account without permission.

3. Community conduct

You agree to follow the Community Rules, respect other users, and avoid harassment, scams, spam, threats, hate content, or attempts to disrupt the site.

4. User content

You keep ownership of artwork, writing, posts, Studio content, and other material you upload, but you grant SerraForge permission to display that content on the site as part of normal features like profiles, Studios, Campfire, galleries, comments, and search/listing pages.

5. Creator shops and commissions

Creator listings, adopts, commission menus, and shop-style pages may be used to advertise work. Until payment integration is fully supported, payments and fulfillment are handled manually between the involved users unless otherwise stated.

6. Site currencies and rewards

Sparks, vouchers, arcade rewards, badges, and similar digital rewards have no cash value unless a specific official redemption option says otherwise.

7. Moderation

Staff may remove content, limit access, warn users, suspend accounts, or ban accounts when needed to protect the community or enforce rules.

8. Changes

SerraForge may update these terms as the site grows. Major changes should be announced clearly when practical.
