This policy explains the basic information SerraForge uses to run accounts, community features, Studios, messages, rewards, and future connected worlds.

1. Information you provide

When you register or use the site, SerraForge may store your username, display name, email, password hash, profile details, Studio content, Campfire posts, messages, guestbook entries, uploads, reports, and settings.

2. Automatically stored information

The site may store login times, session/device records, IP-related security logs, arcade scores, voucher history, moderation history, and activity needed to make site features work.

3. How information is used

Information is used to provide accounts, profiles, Studios, Campfire, messages, rewards, moderation, security, support, account recovery, and future Forge Connect features.

4. Connected worlds

When Forge Connect links SerraForge to other SerraForge worlds, only the information needed for account linking, safety, notifications, rewards, and shared features should be exchanged.

5. Public content

Profiles, Studios, Campfire posts, artwork, comments, guestbook entries, and similar content may be visible to other users depending on your settings and the feature used.

6. Safety and moderation

Reports, warnings, blocks, bans, and staff notes may be stored to protect users and enforce community rules.

7. Account control

Future Forge Passport tools should allow users to manage linked worlds, recover accounts, unlink accounts, export data, and request deletion where supported.
